The staff at this hotel are excellent. Balcony king club room was adequate, bed was very comfortable but we were struggling for somewhere to store our suitcases. Breakfast was fine, although gluten free options in the club at afternoon tea were non-existent.

Spectacular garden paradise

This new hotel is instantly iconic in a city filled with spectacular architecture. I did not get the full tour of all of it's eco-features, but I hear they are far more that just impressive landscaping and water features that span 18 stories of this building. Very friendly staff too.
