"Everything was good. Bed was comfortable with ample pillows. I went as a family of 3 and my girl always slept well. The only thing I wish to have for the toilet is instead of a bidet, perhaps one with hand-held sprayer would be better. Other than that, all is good. Smoking area is conveniently located around 1-2 minutes walk from the 1st Floor. Check-In is on the 5th Floor. "

"We were so happy that we stayed here! Close to everything & very convenient! The staff here were amazing & helped us whenever we needed it.room was super comfortable & the food was delicious & generous! Had everything we needed….just wish we’d stayed longer as Singapore has alot to offer! "

"I had the opportunity to go to the lounge when I stayed in Voco Hotel. The staff, whom I saw the 2 days while in the lounge were awesome! They are Joo, Sheryl, Roy and Natasha. They were friendly and approachable - always attending to my needs where necessary. They would take the initiative to recommend and serve me drinks as I ate in the lounge, be it during tea break or dinner. They were also prompt in clearing the table as I was done eating. The table is therefore always clean and tidy. When given the time, Joo and Sheryl would ask for feedback, so that they would improve on the quality of the food and services. They welcomed any feedback given and were also appreciative of them. I felt very comfortable dining in the lounge - not only because of the food quality but the amiable nature of the staff. They are truly an asset to the hotel. Thank you for this wonderful experience."
