"Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Room was adequately sized and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service was always with smiles. Location was great! Lots of restaurants and cafes just a few steps away from the hotel. And a very short stroll into Petaling street. Will definitely stay here again if I visit KL. Thanks! "

"Great hotel in excellent location. Staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Farhad in particular is very considerate. When we asked not to be disturbed, he couldn’t do housekeeping so left essentials like toilet paper and shower soap on the door. Never had anything like it before - above and beyond. Thank you to the staff for giving us a great experience. "

"Nice boutique hotel which is extremely convenient to chinatown and also other eateries. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Downside is room is not as clean and we would like it. Oddly when they tidy the room they do not wash the coffee mugs."

"Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company."
