"I did not like the room bathroom nor the front desk handling of my check in nor check out I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, it was an cheap looking place but it should have been with the way the place is managed, compared to many other Holiday Inn Express we.ve stayed in this one should only hold a 1 or 2 star rating. "Would recomend a tower view I had a city view and it wasnt great. Staff are atentive and eager to help. Central location and a great place to stay. Pool, gym and Spa look great. I havr seen more modern hotels however it is all on a greay condition"

"Hotel location was near KLCC. If you have big family or small kids which requires daily cooking or washing, this apartment would be ideal for you. However, you might want to arrange your own breakfast. The breakfast was served in packed meal and choices were limited. After a few days, you would have tried all the food choices. "

"Most staff were friendly and helpful. We had issues with our room and the cold water wouldnt work. Staff managed to quickly sort out a new room, however as we were moving rooms the safe stopped working and took over 30 mins for the engineer to come and sort. There is a buggy service provided to take you from and to Suria KLCC mall, however we were dissappinted as when there is slight rain the buggy service is stopped and resumes 15 mins after any bit of rain. Also it can sometimes take 15 to 20...
