"I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. This made a big difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness, which are essentials for any hotel...

"A really nice hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent room, brilliant swimming pool and very close to the KL Tower. In addition the shower was great and instant hot water. When checking in we were not told what the breakfast options were and where to go so that would be helpful but other than that I would definitely stay here again "

"Would recomend a tower view I had a city view and it wasnt great. Staff are atentive and eager to help. Central location and a great place to stay. Pool, gym and Spa look great. I havr seen more modern hotels however it is all on a greay condition"
