"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is rather big and clean and the toilet is clean, however, the shower head needs to be changed as the water pressure penetrates into the skin. There's construction opposite the hotel so it can be noisy at times. My AC didn't make the room cold enough but overall I'm happy with my stay. The location is very convenient."

"I had been eying tis hotel for some time but because of the Covid I had to put off any travel for some time. I particularly like the location. I'm glad I finally got to stay here. I had a corner room on the 6th floor away from the lift so there was no exterior noise. The room had muzad piped in which I requested the reception to turn off. Thr only place to stay in KL

"Have been staying at MO Kuala Lumpur for 25 years and I highly recommend it. There are many newer hotels in the city but please ignore the exterior look and stay here. If you can, book a club room. Well worth it and maybe book an airport car from that hotel and be treated like a prince or princess from the moment you arrive at KLIA"
