The Kuala Lumpur Tower (Menara Kuala Lumpur) is a joyous example of 21st-century Malaysian architecture. Rising dramatically above the cityscape like a silver bullet piercing the sky, this impressive telecommunications showstopper has become one of the most recognisable landmarks in the city. Dwarfing its nearest neighbours, this symbol of Malaysian enterprise is a staggering 421 metres in height and is a must on any discerning traveller’s itinerary.
