is very basic but good. There is an restaurant on site with amazing food (not part of the hotel). We were about 10-15 min from Peniche beaches and Fort. Woke up with birds singing, worth the stay. We were here for 2 nights only. "

"The hotel itself is a lovely, old, unique building inside the wall close to the public parking lot which was nice. The room was small and VERY hot!! No AC, fan or screens on the windows. We could not sleep because of the heat and humidity in the bedroom. They are looking to rectify this problem in the future but be prepared if visiting in the summer months. The bed was ok comfort wise. We didn’t have

"For a 3-star hotel, this was an incredibly lovely place to stay. It is quaint hotel with a lovely garden and a gorgeous dining room looking out at the garden. The bed was quite stiff (not like firm which is desirable) and strangely short. My husband's feet had to dangle beyond the bed. It is quite difficult to find and there is no sign outside. "
