"The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city."

"THE best hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was incredible. They called 30min before check in to see if I needed anything then proceeded to book our tours, dinner reservations and was so incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and so comfortable. Another thing that stood out was that the owner was present, always seen in the lobby. What a great stay this was! Higly recommened."

"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."
