"One of the reasons I chose to stay at the country club was for the walks around the lake and seeing and feeding the many ducks and different birds on and around it. Another reason is the indoor pool. However, the whole lake was fenced off and only a few ducks etc had stayed on. The following notice was on the website. BUT it states the start date as being the 1st of Jan AND it only mentions the closure of the golf course, NOT the lake. <> The last time I stayed here, the pool was closed...

"Lovely hotel right at the town centre with shops and restaurants a few steps away. There’s also a restaurant in the hotel. The Bay of fires (Binalong bay) is around 10 mins drive away. The room is spacious with a small balcony with street view, however you can hear cars from the street early in the morning. The furniture is not new but there’s enough to be comfortable, however there was a lot of dust on surfaces like the table and bedside tables, like it hasn’t been used in a while. The lady at...
