"The hotel was close to shops etc. Staff very friendly & accommodating. My room was very nice, clean & tidy. It was a bonus to have steaming apps on the tv. I will definitely stay here, when I next come down "

"Great location and polite staff. Room windows could do with some maintenance as our room window on level 19 could not be closed properly but OK for 1 nights stay. However also am not sure why it could open as is a safety hazard. "

"Was really pleasantly surprised at how good the room was for a pub room. The bathroom was very modern, the room was comfortable and the staff were amazing. Would definitely stay again. My only one thing was there was what sounded like a fan that ran outside somewhere overnight so for light sleepers it may irriate light sleepers, but it didn't bother me. "
