"Well situated within walking distance to Salamanca, the dock area, shops, restaurants and cafes. Parking is reasonable at $15 per night and we were lucky enough to park on site. We received a warm welcome and directed to our room on the second floor. The room was a reasonable size, bed very comfortable, water hot and WiFi good. We didn’t book in for breakfast so can’t comment there. Now, I did book the cheaper Compact Queen room. We only needed to sleep so didn’t really need anything else....

"We stayed in an executive room, just myself and my 9 year old son, for one night whilst visiting friends and family in Ulverstone. I would highly recommend staying in the executive rooms as they are much newer and don’t seem to have some of the issues of the older rooms. We never had any trouble. We had babies in both rooms beside us and never heard any noise all night. The rooms have been nicely renovated with a good shower, large tv, new AC unit and comfortable beds. Check in/check out...
