"I had an amazing view of Takapuna Beach from the 16th floor room with balcony. The room was a bit dated with cleaning service offered only every 3rd day. The front desk staff stay in the back office and are not visible. You need to stand at the couter for a while before the attendant notices that you are there and comes out. The front desk staff seems to change quite often as do the duty managers, several times a day, so communication and continuity across staff members can be bad. We tried the...

"The rooms were well furnished and included everything I needed for my stay such as iron, fan, heater, kitchen and appliances. It was very convenient having the second door that connected to the courtyard and a peaceful place to sit outside and drink my teas in the morning. The employees were very kind and friendly and were able to help me with anything I needed in my room. "
