"Loved it. The room was excellent with plenty of space, BUT the bathroom was in a poor state of repair. The water tap over the hand basin was hanging from the bench! Towel rail missing with bolts still in wall, toilet roll holder hanging down, and clothes hook on door missing half of it. Shower was excellent, kitchen fully appointed, bed comfortable and clean, and even a washing machine supplied! We would definitely stay there again, if bathroom was repaired."

"We didn't get off to a good start as previous tenants were late leavers and cleaners would not be finished for our 4 o'clock checkin. We were requested to give them until 4:30 but gave them until 5 but they were still parked there. As the cleaners were preparing to leave I checked the lock box but no key. Called out to cleaners but they left. Unfortunately it was nearly 6:45 before anyone believed that the key was not put in the lock box. We had 3 children very unhappy, busting to go to the...

"Firstly we had to chase up the owner for the key code, Sam had not forwarded this. The apartment had a musty/damp and cooking smell to it. Open bowls of food in the fridge exuded further odours. We were given only one towel to share, the bathroom was not of a cleanliness standard for Air B& B There was no ventilation apart from opening a balcony door which was necessary for overnight. We had to search for a bed cover as the one left provided very little warmth."

"The rooms were well furnished and included everything I needed for my stay such as iron, fan, heater, kitchen and appliances. It was very convenient having the second door that connected to the courtyard and a peaceful place to sit outside and drink my teas in the morning. The employees were very kind and friendly and were able to help me with anything I needed in my room. "
