"Our stay at the Sands was great. The communication from Waiheke Unlimited was great. The location is perfect, right on the beach and waking distance to cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had extra amenities like a coffee machine! Perfect for a short or long stay. Our room was only a 1br but we had many family and friends there with 2 and 3 bedrooms which were all lovely. Couldn’t fault it"

"Really good location, quite noisy at night due to K road literally being 20 metres away, however if you are aware of this then it doesn’t come as unexpected. 25 min walk to the viaduct which is an easy walk.
