"Excellent location, easily walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Felt safe and easy parking. We were concerned our car may have been over height, there is a 6ft limit but we got in fine. However you can also use the parking in the hotel opposite which has a greater height allowance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, bright and had everything you could need. Breakfast was good but extremely busy, we had to queue for approx 25 mins one morning as we came down a little later.

"The property was perfect for our 4 nights stay, the location was very convenient from the airport to everywhere in the city. It’s in Union square and the area around is very safe and has all the required amenities at a walking distance. Grab a Muni pass and go anywhere from here while the cable car regularly goes across. And you can get BART from the airport to

The rooms are just the perfect size for the price and the requirement. The washroom is clean and has a lot of amenities. The Room service ensured our room was clean with fresh towels everyday. The hotel had coffee and a drinking water refill station, and the Walgreens beside it ensures whatever else you may need.
Everything about the hotel ticked the box for me and I’ll recommend them 100% in the future, and look to stay again if I’m in San Francisco again!"
"The Hotel Caza is a great place to stay in San Francisco if you have kids. The rooms are relatively large, the location is amazing and the lobby offers a number of activities to keep the kids amused during the down times. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I would respectfully suggest that they build a hot tub on property because it was just too chilly for a pool. In short, this is a great quality, family hotel in an amazing location. Considering it is a clean, nice hotels it is a great bargain. Highly recommend!"
