"Very very dated hotel. Hotel was a distance away from the train station so it was inconvenient to get to the hotel with luggage and then head back to the train station for meals and head back again. There was a musky smell in the room and the countertops were dusty. We borrowed a fan from the laundry room to use in the room just to circulate the air as the aircon is not working well (in addition to the smell). Washing machine was dirty and didn’t look like it has been maintained. It was raining...

"One of the more pricey options for accommodations in the area.
They provided a shuttle service to and from the alpine station, which is great, as the walking is not was a realistic option as from what I could tell, there was no walkable path to and from the hotel from the station.
During my stay, there was not much around the hotel, so we were mostly confined to within the hotel during our stay.
Our room was for 4 people and was fairly large. Our room did not have beds but futons instead, which I personally did not like but others did.
The breakfast and dinner we got was very nice and most unique meal I experienced during our trip, providing great traditional Japanese food with great variety for both meals.
The public baths here were the best during our trip. The baths were large with both indoor and outdoor baths. The Outdoor baths provided great a great view of the mountain which was very nice. they provided yukatas for guests but even the largest men sizes they had were too small for me, but my shorter family members said they were nice. Staff provided explanations and set our schedule for our next days trip to the mountain which was nice.
Our stay here was a little pricey, but for the dining experience, good Onsen and location, our stay here was well worth it."
"This was our second time staying at Vischio Hotel in Toyama. We love the area and how convenient it is located to the train station, as well as food/shopping.
The property has a public bath for guests to use which is very relaxing after traveling in Japan. Vischio also has washing machines and amenities in case you have forgotten something (e.g., toothbrush/toothpaste, brush, razors, etc.).
The property is clean, as well as the rooms. The rooms are spacious and you can mirror your phone on the TV so you can watch shows. We will stay at Vischio in the future."
"Right next to the station, and close to lots of eateries. We also had a car and the parking voucher was super. Spacious and comfortable, would definitely recommend."
"Idéalement situé à 3 minutes à pied de la gare de Toyama. Hôtel récent, moderne, décoration de bon goût. Chambre fonctionnelle, confortable. bien insonorisée. Nous avons apprécié la vue de notre chambre sur les départs/arrivées du Shinkansen à la gare. La disponibilité de cruches d’eau froide sur les étages est une excellente idée."
"Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station.

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location very near the train station and it was also walkable restaurants, shops and parks. "
