Best Western, Niagara Falls - Western New York hotels

"Very convenient to the airport and interstate 90 to Niagara Falls (my actual destination). I liked that the room HVAC had a 'constant fan' option. The bed seems comfortable and the room/bathroom are roomy. The hot tub was out of order; the treadmill was out of order. There are free weights and a stationary bike. There is no pool (that didn't matter to me, but the kids in the next room were disappointed). Dining is not in the control of the hotel, but honestly, there's almost no where to eat around here."

"My stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls was absolutely fantastic! I initially had some concerns about the area, but they were completely unfounded. The property was impeccably clean, and the staff provided exceptional service, making everything easy and stress-free. The location was incredibly convenient – just a quick, safe 2-minute walk to the casino across the street. I felt secure throughout my stay, and the walkability of the area added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!"

"We love this hotel. Great prices, right next to mall, Walmart, target, lots of restaurants. Pool is amazing. We have always stayed here and love it. It’s not perfect as the rooms and some areas are dated but it is slowly being upgraded. Mohamed at the front desk was amazing. "

"Check in was a breeze and the 2 ladies at the desk were great. Has a nice sauna, Only draw back is the bar was closed and only open right now on Thursday, Fri and Sat. "

"This is a really good place super nice and staff is great stayed in the mist of going to fort drum military base and it was a great stay super good breakfast only down side there isn’t a lot of options for breakfast but, it is really good there is a bar for the adults if you want to drink and restaurant also super nice though!
