"Overall the White Oaks resort has many positives- beautiful lobby and dining areas, wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, nicely decorated room, many options for in-room movies. The one negative was an uncomfortable bed- too high and the mattress was too firm for both my husband and me."

"We have stayed here many times but the hotel is beginning to be dated. We have stayed 2x in the past month for various functions and in both rooms we stayed in the toilets constantly make noise and run. Wallpaper and paint is beginning to look sad and peeling but otherwise beds are comfy and it is a convenient location. "

"The room was hot. The toilet was super low to the ground and the shower had uneven flooring/tiles were sharp and sticking up. Outer windows were filthy snd view was not clear. Definitely not the expectation we had for a Hilton, which is what we use everywhere we stay. "

"The hotel was beautiful and quaint. The staff was generous and helpful in finding local activities and dining places during our stay. I would definitely recommend booking your stay in the Niagara Falls area at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa. We also paid for a spa treatment that did not disappoint at all. I will definitely be coming back to Niagara Crossing. "
