The hotel had a very strong fragrance like they were trying to cover another smell. Our room smelled like a dog was in there , nothing against animals but I don’t think people traveling without pets should have pet rooms. Everything just looked very outdated the paint was chipped off the backs of the doors the shower was dirty. The staff isn’t welcoming at all I paid for early check in the man at the counter claims he couldn’t see it on his end but I showed him my account where I requested and paid for it to be 11am check in we didn’t arrive until 1pm and the room still was not ready

The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was super convenient—close to everything we needed. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made the whole experience even better. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in town.

The check in/out experience was smooth and easy. Lobby is very clean. The rooms were very thoroughly cleaned and the property looks very well maintained. The housekeeping staff was very kind and always brought items when I asked for it. Overall, had a very wonderful experience. Rooms were very quiet. There was a family next to us that asked if I could hear their screaming children. I never heard their children. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, this was by far my favorite experience. I won’t take away stars for this but the complementary breakfast wasn’t great but it was complementary and edible!

There was cigarrete ash in the bathroom, the shower door slid open by itself, and the bathroom door was stuck against the floor and almost impossible to open/close. Even though I notified this to the front desk after my first night, nothing got repaired during my 3 night stay. Also, my room was not cleaned every day. I notified the front desk and they just said “ok” but nothing got taken care of. I will avoid staying at any La Quinta properties in the future.
