"This was our second stay at this location and we intend to stay here again on our next Falls visit! Yes, the hotel is very busy but staff are on hand and active in organizing the chaos from valet to the elevators to the breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and we love the suite style for the extra space. We had a problem with the tub and the phone in the room on our first night and within 10 minutes help arrived and the problems solved!"

"We have been here for so many times. It’s good for younger kids. Not much slides but you don’t need to wait for them. My kids only like the wave pool, so it’s good for us. Can’t wait to go back."

"We stay at this hotel every time we attend a convention or vend at a convention which is at least twice/year. The staff are so incredible - I mean EVERY SINGLE Person that works there. We recommend it to everyone!"

"Excellent service and room! A few nit-picky points from out visit: -Hot water took as long as 10 minutes to get hot- but it did get hot. We found out that the system was having emergency repairs the second day. It presented no issues for us other than having to wait 10 minutes for hot water. -The pool and hot tub were CLOSED during our stay, not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to enjoy a relaxing dip. We did not find out about the closure until the day before our trip. Other than that- a very nice, clean, comfortable room with a spectacular view of Niagra Falls. It was nice to come back to it after a day of sightseeing. Our dinner at Milestones was solid- good food, great service. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Railway Incline, so keep the car at the hotel and go for a nice walk to all of the attractions. We would stay there again- thank you for a nice visit!"
