The property was clean.We were able to get an early check in which was nice. The Hotel manager who was working at the desk was nice but didnt seem overly friendly in nature. Keep an eye on your Expedia prices vs other things they add on at the hotel. Price of parking was different and all other Niagara Falls "taxes" added.

Stayed one night to celebrate a birthday in the family. There is active construction happening on the property and there was a jack hammer going on the main floor which was quite loud in the room on the 2nd floor. Parking is insanely expensive. The room was comfortable. No hand soap in the bathroom though and the beds are very soft which made for a tough night sleeping. Location is great if you’re going to the casino or attending a concert. Hotel was very clean. The desk attendant wasn’t super friendly. An OK stay. Good value for money if you can get something on a higher floor. Beware the extra soft beds though

Great location for the OLG theatre and casino BUT, property very run down. The tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, and the room was very oold, bathroom horrible. Worst of all when I put the dead bolt on I got locked in the room! Took me over 10 minutes struggling with it to get it off. If there was a fire with no power and smoke we’d be in BIG, BIG trouble. Dead probably. When the maintenance man came he said they’d had problems with that door before! They compensated my parking and toke $50 off if room but the room should have been free!

Nice hotel but overpriced. Between the parking, the destination fee, the early check in rates, the gift shop, the dining options and whatever else they could get you with this is a very expensive place to visit.

The room had a bad smell, the bathtub was dirty, the surroundings of the hotel were wasted. We left the same night and we didn't want to stay. The "hotel" isn't like the photos, is the first time something like this has happened to me. I don't recommend it.

Disappointing. Our stay at the Wyndham Fallsview was disappointing. My husband and I book one night in a Fallsview King Room at the hotel to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. The hotel was under renovations and confusing to get around all the construction in the lobby and elevator areas. When our room was finally ready after requesting an early check in and waiting in line 3x only to find that it was still not ready the front desk staff advised us that they only had a double queen available and not the king room we reserved. Although the staff offered us free parking and a bottle of wine, it didn't make up for not getting the room we wanted to for one and only night we had booked for our anniversary. I feel the Renos and limited availability of rooms as a result should be indicated clearly on the Expedia/hotel site. When we checked out in the morning the parking was still on the bill and although it was removed, staff actually mis-calculated our bill as well. I understand that situations arise however I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

I checked in on line but had to do it on arrival, too. No point in having it via text. The room door was difficult to open. We wete in 1004 but they sent us to a main floor room first. We had to get in line again to find where to go. Parking fee listed on line was $25 but was $35.
