"All of the employees are very courteous and helpful. We were on the 19th floor and the main elevators only went to 18 and we had to ge tour and take another elevator to the 19th floor. Also for security you must use your key to go up or down at any time in the elevator. I appreciate the security and it is unfortunate we have to do this. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day unless requested and that is fine but we were only left clean towels and soaps and I asked for garbage to be emptied. "

"I loved the hotel. Charles was amazing with accommodating my family. He was very patient and stepped right in to assist. He is definitely management material. I was truly amazed at how quiet the hotel was. The only complaint I had the the accessible bathroom needs a really good scrubbing around the walls."
