"We loved our stay! We visited NOLA for a Taylor Swift concert. The hotel went all out with Swift themed happenings and little goodie bags. The entire staff was beyond friendly, even during a crazy rush of guests. Valet was soooo helpful, sweet and sprinkled with good humor. The vibe of the hotel was so cool!
