"Amazing corner room! Service was excellent, our toilet wouldn’t flush and they sent someone up to fix it almost immediately and it was fixed just as quickly. Quick walk to a lot of restaurants, and near French Quarter attractions. Construction was going on in the lobby but it wasn’t any problem for us"

"The hotel was on the canal and a short distance to Bourbon Street. You could walk it or take a taxi. It was too hot for us so transportation was our option. Oliver at the hotel bar was great! The room was wonderful and the bed put me right to sleep. Everything was clean, which is a big deal for me I would stay again."

"Our stay was great overall. I wish the hotel restaurant had more options but overall it was a great stay. Very clean, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar area. "

"I didn't give five stars for cleaning because there were some food stuffs like maybe dried rice around the elevator trash can area on the 21st floor that was there for 3 to 4 days. It was still there when I left. Everything else was excellent. The service was great. The person that checked me out I think his name is Rintendo was excellent. Also the fellow that checked me in was excellent as well. I don't remember his name but he has a hairband that pulls his hair back and he has an olive complexion. "
