"My favourite hotel in London. A short walk from the tube (easy access from Heathrow), plenty of restaurants and boutiques around. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I just love grabbing a quick drink in the Library before going to the theatre. "

"This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at The Lincoln Suites, and to be honest I cannot see us ever choosing another hotel for our stays in London. Everything about it is perfect for our needs. It is one of cleanest and most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the entire team should be proud of the standards they keep."

"Was here to celebrate Valentines day and even as we arrived much earlier than the check in time the whole team bent over backwards to ensure out comfort. The Savoy has some of the best, if not best mattress for sleep, the food and drinks were super awesome - would do it again! "

"Beautifully decorated hotels. The 'cosy' rooms are quite dark and small so please reset your expectations. Nevertheless, the common area eg reception and bars were a highlight - luxurious yet cosy and the small touches eg mulled wine, jazz nights made up for the small rooms. The quality of the breakfast could be better, but I guess acceptable for London standard. "

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of London

"I cannot rate this hotel enough. It is in a perfect location, a five-minute walk from Covent Garden. The room is larger than most hotels in central London (and spotlessly clean). It provides ample space for luggage and clothes, and our room even had a chaise longue. What makes this hotel unique is the top-standard service. All staff members —cleaners, bar and restaurant staff, reception, concierge, and maintenance—were excellent. Polite, and accommodating. The breakfast is à la carte and fantastic. There are many hot and cold options. My husband is vegetarian, and there were a number of plant-based items for him to choose from. Over the years, we have stayed in many hotels in London for work and leisure, of varying stars and prices. This hotel is by far the best value for money. "

Excellent service & very comfortable. Will return.

"This stay surpassed my expectations. I think a lot of the London hotels could learn from this one. The staff were so friendly (especially Tomas in the restaurant) and it so often isn’t the case nowadays. The price was on a par with a Premier Inn but the service was excellent. Comfortable beds ans amazing shower. There is noise from the extractor fans if at the back of the hotel (many rooms are) but my daughter loves falling asleep to white noise and I wear eye plugs so no issue for us really. Worth knowing though. "
