"This little hotel is wonderful. The staff is the jewel in this crown!! From the costumer facing staff (particularly Daniela and Sebastiano) was excellent and helpful. We needed to switch rooms because the original one faced the street and was a bit too loud for us. They took care of everything and moved our stuff while we were out enjoying our day. The second room was in the building across the street with windows facing the church courtyard and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms....

"Biggest pro is this flat is in a perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tube. Quick walk to leister square and covent garden. A little noisy because of the busy area, but didn’t keep us up either. Bed is comfortable (on the firmer side). It’s a one room studio but has everything you need. Also nice is you can take Piccadilly line straight to airport without changing (although this line gets busy sometimes so have to stand with luggage and crowd...

"We had a wonderful stay at The Soho Hotel, everything was perfect! We booked a deluxe Junior Suite for a special celebration and also a large table in the hotel's Refuel restaurant for a birthday dinner. The hotel and restaurant staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms and main hotel areas are beautifully designed and every little touch has been considered. The food is also fabulous! Would recommend 100% and we are looking forward to staying there again. "

"stayed with a group for an event at the Houses of Parliament. Hotel is always a good choice as it is central and very close to the Elizabeth line. My only criticism is lack of vegan options at breakfast at the Cucina kitchen..it's 2025 so you would think they would understand dietary differences. "

"Excellent hotel in a brilliant location, just steps from Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Chinatown and all the West Emd theaters. I can’t believe it’s the first time I’ve stayed there. "The hotel is well situated with fantastic travel links around the City, the staff are very friendly & helpful, the breakfast was of high standard, only criticism the room didn't have air-conditioning, however they did supply a fan as it can get a very warm during the night. Highly recommended for a city break."
