"Beautiful, well designed hotel. Corner Room 501 had wrap around terraces with view of the Petronas and tower. Beautiful at night. Staff is welcoming and gracious. Naga was especially helpful and friendly. Be prepared to be awakened early with very loud call to prayer. We liked it but heard some guests complaining."

"The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards."

"Great hotel in excellent location. Staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Farhad in particular is very considerate. When we asked not to be disturbed, he couldn’t do housekeeping so left essentials like toilet paper and shower soap on the door. Never had anything like it before - above and beyond. Thank you to the staff for giving us a great experience. "
