"Great hotel near Narita Airport speaking of airport the shuttle bus to and from the hotel was great and the hotel staff is very prompt and professional. There's a built-in restaurant and 2 nearby convenience stores just feet away from the hotel. I never needed to travel too far for anything. The rooms are a bit small but what it lacks in size it makes up for in cleanliness, amenities and features."

"The service at this hotel was not up to standard. Check-in starts at 2 PM, but when we arrived around 3:30, we were given our room key only to find the room still being cleaned. We ended up waiting outside the room for nearly 20 minutes. Having stayed at numerous hotels in Japan, this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. "Staff and property were both nice. The AC became a heater for some reason and the entire room became a sauna during the day. We were only there for 2 nights to see Disneysea but were surprised to find out the hotel is an hour away by train."
