Complimentary lounge in afternoon & evening for free beer, coffee, tea and light snacks. Room size (~265 ft2) good for medium sized Japanese hotel room. Convenient that New Chitose airport shuttle bus ($12 ea way per person) stops at this hotel. Safe in room large enough for computer, iPad and other things. Pros: -Close to subway, great bars, restaurants, and sightseeing attractions -Located in the middle of downtown, so it’s lively at night but not too crazy. -Clean, modern, quiet room, and surprisingly spacious. -Located above a popular shopping mall with a great bakery and markets Cons: None. "My family loved our stay here! The staff is excellent kind and helpful. We loved the extra amenities! They have a sauna and cold pool, restaurant, bar, gift shop, laundry all you can eat breakfast buffet and indoor outdoor Onsen. We came to see Sapporo but didn’t want to leave the hotel. The room is stocked with water refrigerator coffee robes slippers hairdryer shampoo body wash conditioner 4 blade razors hair ties toothbrush toothpaste and more. Definitely want to come back!"
