"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. The reviews were all over the place but I definitely would stay again. The elevators were all functioning the room I stayed in was perfect. It looks like they’ve put some work into it and you can tell. I highly recommend this hotel for the price, you can’t go wrong. Thank you for a seamless check in and check out. Staff were very friendly too! My only complaint was that there was no microwave in our room. But that wasn’t a huge deal just an inconvenience. "

"A good visit to Novotel. We really enjoy this site because of its proximity to dining and the STM Lawrence market. Only one small issue, which was we couldn't find a great in room temperature. Small but caused some sleeping issues."
