"good hotel but it is not so accommodating on my request of canceling due to client's change in schedule. I booked the hotel and next day need to change but they do not let us change. In the end our company has to let another person stay at the hotel. And the client need to book for another period for the month but i will not book here as it is not very flexible in letting us make changes."

"I was quite pleased with the hotel. I couldn't have asked for friendlier, more helpful staff. The hotel and room were very clean, breakfast buffet was great. Some of the towels in my room were torn, but they were clean. The only real issue I had was that there was no bolt on the inside of the room door. I don't think that would keep me from going there again, but I would prefer to have that extra safety measure."

"They didn't have my booking when I arrived. They didn't have my friend's booking when I arrived. After a lengthy call they gave us one Two bedroom apartment. Leaky floor, no hand soaps, missing a lot of thr norms you'd find at most places. My room? They said that they never got the booking even when I showed them my confirmation papers. They don't answer the phone most of the time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T START OFF YOUR HOLIDAYS OR BUSINESS TRIPS ON THE WRONG FOOT. "
