"This was an awesome place. Japanese style house feel like home. Takako San was such a great help to us during the trip. She took care of us like a Family. The place is situated near the cape and Diving spot which was added attraction. We had best trip and stay with complete peace of mind"

"Hale Kai is a well designed guest house with the combination of Traditional Japanese style and Hawaiian style! It was really comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The owner are hospitalized and extremely friendly. Everything we need were prepared in the guest house. Moreover, the location is perfect because it is only a 5 mins walk from the Motomachi port and most of the souvenir shops, restaurants,and hot spring places can be access within 10 mins walk!! Highly recommended!!"

"Be anywhere outside of your room and you'd be cold within minutes, unfortunately. I personally also found the downstairs bathroom and washroom to be of a unpleasant design (being even colder with weird staircase shape) On the plus side, the quarter is still confortable and comes with towels at least.
