"We liked this hotel very much… the Reims are spacious, cozy and comfortable. Not cold and gray. The common areas are welcoming and the staff was super friendly and kind. "

"DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR HILTON REWARDS STATUS. My wife and I booked it as a quick NYC trip. We specifically booked this “Hilton” so we could use our Hilton Diamond Status. At check in they said we could not use our status because it’s a Hilton Club. There is no roof bar/roof seating and some of the photos are deceiving. The hotel room and hotel itself is very nice and located conveniently next to Central Park and a few blocks from the Rockefeller. Overall it’s a good hotel"
