The staff was amazing in all aspects and the room was comfortable, luxurious and clean, housekeeping did an amazing job, front desk staff, bellmen, bar staff, they were all very friendly and helpful and i felt very welcomed here. The size of the room and bathroom was perfect and very spacious especially for New York standards. The bed was incredibly comfortable and slept comfortably. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this...
