Sometimes felt like you were intruding on staff at reception for some reason, even if just to ask basic information of the hotel or area. But the hotel bar and staff more than made up for it. It’s a bit hidden but worth stopping by if you can. "

"This was our first stay at 16 Bay View, but likely not our last. We really enjoyed the extra space in our high-end suite; it was at least as comfortable as our living room at home, and it overlooked the harbor and sunrise. The 2-sided fireplace is a bit unusual, but it reminded me pleasantly of the same in the house in which I grew up. Our suite and the whole property were spotless and decorated very tastefully. Complementary breakfast was very good as well."
