"Service and restaurants were top notch. Beautiful grounds kept in excellent condition. In some respects , service / cover charge for everything was a bit much . Umbrella cost for the beach I felt should not have a separate charge of$32.00 !! So in some cases , excessive costs , were a bit much "

"There is no service at all. We are in the hotel for 2 nights. Nobody clean the room. As matter of the fact they ask guests to pick up the trash and tidy up after themselves although they said it is not required. No front desk as stated in advance but there is a gentleman in building one he is very nice and helped us to get into the building and room which can be confusing to start. He also helped us with luggage! Thanks a lot!! As it’s a big deal because there’s no elevator. Location is great!...

"Outstanding hotel. Such character. Beautiful. Unique. Has that retro Florida feel with wooden slatted shades. You can tell that care went into this place. The design is beautiful-Have I said the word beautiful enough? Staff is exemplary. Sweet. Caring. Kind. Bed was so comfortable. If you want a boutique hotel that isn’t outrageously expensive-this is it. A short walk to the beach… a CVS and a deli about a half block away- this was perfect. I’ll be back! "

"Location was the only reason we chose to stay. Otherwise, the rooms were deplorable! Looked nothing like the pictures. No curtains on windows, flood lights directly into room from building next door. Just a bed and desk. No lamps, end tables, or curtains. Dirty. Falling apart. Only thing clean were the towels and bedding. Doors deadbolt did not lock. Smelled moldy. "
