"Originally there was mix up on the room we requested through a 3rd party booking company. Being Valentine's Day weekend the hotel was full. The manager, Cole, rectified the situation after the first night and did everything he could to make up for the problem. We like our suite and have enjoyed our stay so far."

"While I am not a huge fan of the parking situation in downtown FW in general, they do the best to make it a good situation. The bathtub in the upgraded rooms are Phenomenal! Especially nice when you're wanting to get away and relax! "

"This was our 2nd trip to Ft. Worth to see a show at the Bass Hall and both times we stayed at this hotel. It’s directly across the street from Bass Hall. There is also the Cheesecake Factory and Jake’s Burgers across the street. Hotel is nice. It’s not a fancy embassy suites like some can be but it’s the location we like best. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Evening drinks and morning breakfast were nice. Staff was awesome including valet. We will definitely be back! "
