Great staff, very attentive. The Valet wasn’t very helpful or friendly. I don’t hold it against the hotel, they are third party but they weren’t pleasant checking in or out.

The hotel is amazing- the property itself is beautiful & the staff is super helpful. It was NYE, they gave us free breakfast & even tickets to the party they were hosting. The only complaint is that there was no water bottles- not in the room, not for sale in their store. We were able to get ice water from the bar but was an extra step on our end. Honestly would stay there again, thinking the water may just have been due to the holiday/packed hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at the Sandman. The building itself fits right into downtown Fort Worth in a classical, timeless way. The rooms are trendy and modern and have every convenience needed in a hotel room.
