The room had a couple things that needed attention. The soap holder on the wall was almost falling off and the sink faucet was so loose. The windows also were so dirty you could barely see out of them. But the room itself was great setup. Quiet. Perfect for walking to places. The breakfast was great! Def would stay again.

The property is in desperate need of an update. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in while traveling. All of the pillows were old, lumpy and in need of replacement. The “spa” bathtub would start and stop by itself when not in use. Not a great experience

The hotel itself is GREAT!! The room was amazing and very clean. Our room however was right above the busy nightlife area and was it was VERY loud with screaming people, loud cars and bikes revving up their engines till at least 2am and didn’t get much sleep. I would probably stay there again because the room was so nice, but I’d definitely ask for a different area of the hotel on the next trip.

Toilet seat was broken but they fixed it in a timely manner. Heater was broken on swimming pool and hot tub so the water was very cold - unable to swim or use hot tub in comfort - very disappointing. All other aspects of the hotel were great !

It was ok, as far as hotels go. But, seeing as we were hoping to make it a fun weekend with our kids, the FREEZING cold pool and cold hot tub really messed with our plans. We decided to go back to the room for a movie but even with the volume all the way up, we could hardly hear it. The shower had no conditioner left in the bottle when we tried to take showers. None of this was a huge deal, but it definitely put a damper on our weekend, since our main activities didn’t function correctly.

Do not like the fact that hotel is not responsible for any theft from vehicles, (no liability) What if valet doesn’t lock vehicle, or if they damage it driving? Pillows are horrible!!

Check in was easy, valet was really good!.. We arrived later in the evening ..Bar dining was pleasant and bartender very amicable. Room was clean, and well stocked..and beds Were comfortable.. room was quiet and easy access .. great place to stay for a few nights if you’re coming through Fortworth and don’t need the “cowtown experience “ close to eateries & shopping and only minutes from stockyards .. all the staff gives you a true “Texas” welcome.. !!

The hotel is great! The only reason i gave a 4 on the room was because it could be updated. The toilet was so short and for 3-4 ppl in a 2 queen room it really should have 2 sinks. But everything was clean and the staff made our trip exceptional! Would recommend and we will be here again! Wish we could have tried the restaurant on site. Definitely next time! The valet/bellhop was awesome! The check in/out ppl were very happy, friendly and helpful! I called down for a blanket at 5am and the lady was nice and brought it up to my room herself. Im very happy with our stay!
