I’ve stayed here several times when in town for doctor’s appointments and they never disappoint. The staff are always friendly. Parking is very secure and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable.

When I tell you, this is the absolute best hotel around Fort Worth for the price. The breakfast is amazing. The staff are extraordinary. The swimming pool for my small children was so much fun for them. The only thing I did not like was the cost for parking which was about $32 besides that everything else was top of the scale

This is our go-to hotel anytime we stay in the area. Always clean rooms with a fantastic breakfast offering. Literally across the street from the Convention Center and close to many different styles of restaurants. Parking is super easy and secure!

The hotel is amazing! My children loved the swimming pool. The rooms were so clean and well put together. The parking is expensive to me, but your vehicle is secure. I dont believe we should pay $37 to park if we paid so much for the rooms

I liked the secure in and out parking. The staff was continually cleaning the common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The front desk staff was courteous but not really friendly which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars there is construction going on outside which meant walking to restaurants was a bit tricky but still doable.

The night manager name starts with a R ... needs some training…checked in during the day, parked in the garage. Wanted to buy food from the store later that night didn’t have ID or CC on me because we were at the pool. He told me we were not checked into our room…showed him the room key sleeve which he said “anyone can make those” and demanded a card on file…not having my card on me we go back up to the room, the phones ringing and he says we’re going to be locked out of the room and HANGS UP……I go down with my card and ask for him to explain to me what is actually going on and all he would say is your not checked in… I need a card for incidentals….which they got earlier that day showed him the charges he didn’t care. Put in my card so we didn’t kicked out for him to charge me for parking ….not incidentals. So make sure you use both locks since anyone can make room cards just FYI

Service was excellent and we were able to check in early. The shower was impossible to adjust. You scalded or froze. The room was incredibly quiet. We didn't even hear the trains at the nearby station. The bed was not comfortable but there are plenty of pillows to help. We were able to store our luggage the next day to check out the area.

Nice clean property in the heart of Sundance Square. Lots of places to just walk to without having to drive or find a place to park. The staff was friendly & helpful & the hotel felt safe because you cannot go up in the elevators or into the parking garage without scanning your room key. I’m looking forward to my next stay there & I highly recommend The Hampton Inn in downtown Ft Worth.

The staff is friendly, the property and the rooms are so clean. No smells and the air in the room was great. The linens were very clean and there is a adequate small store in the lobby to buy other small items you may want. The continental breakfast is very filling and large. The bed is super comfortable and nice clean sheets.
