"I wish I could give the front desk staff more than 5 stars. They were extremely helpful in arranging transportation, restaurant recommendations/reservations. The hotel is on a quiet one way street that gets hardly any vehicle traffic. But that doesn't mean its off the beaten track. It is easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants as well as the Domo. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms are decorated with antiques and the bathrooms are all modern....

"These are quite nice apartments located within an older-style building. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Opens onto a (not very nice, and a bit loud) internal alleyway so you don’t open the windows much. While modern, the apartment was starting to show some signs of wear and tear especially in the bathroom. The location is good for just a few days of sightseeing. The staff at the hotel that the apartments are attached to are wonderful, very helpful. "

"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."

"Very close to Duomo and the shopping center as well as lots of dining options. It does get loud though until about 10pm at night. Wasn’t a problem for us as we were awake any how. The only issue was that the shower was incredibly small even though the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was wonderful and there was even a rooftop bar/restaurant with duomo views. Would definitely stay here again. "
