I had an 18 hour layover in Hong Kong and this property, near the airport, was a perfect place to pass the time, especially since I had just enough time to take the Cable Car (just across the street) to Ngong Pin and the giant Buddha. The hotel is also attached to (and above) a large fancy shopping mall with a bunch of eating options, which is convenient. The free tram to and from the airport leaves on the hour from the hotel and on the half hour from the airport -- you will find it in bays 12-14 of the bus terminal at the airport (signs sort of mark the way). It's only a 10 to 15 minute trip. The hotel itself is modern, very clean, and comfortable with some cool lighting and gadgets in the room. Overall, a great place to spend a day in Hong Kong, especially if you've visited the central city previously and need to be near the airport.

Booked two rooms and only one room was ready upon check in. The other room was only made available after 5pm. Daily cleaning of room is terrible. Very obvious that the sofa was not dusted/cleaned. Bedside table not cleaned (both still had crumbs showing) after cleaning was completed. Floor not swept/vacuumed, can still see hair. Not attentive enough to replace an almost empty box of tissues. Poor design of bathroom/toilet area; not enough hooks around. Room is probably suitable for adults only, not family friendly….can see person showering….

All around excellent stay, highly recommened for transitioning travelers, but ecen travelers to HK can stay there with such an easy access to MTR. But for first time visitor to the hitel from inside HK, make sure tou follow the signage for the hotel. Can be challenging to locate the wentrance.
