"We stayed for 5 nights and our family came to join us for Saturday night and I asked if we could be close to their room and they gave us one opposite which was great. Many thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who organised this for us. Good breakfast and nice coffee shop. Hotel is close to M and S and Selfridges and there is even an old London pub nearby. Good location for buses and rooms are nice too"
