Its a cute little hotel with very British style and personality.
Service is impeccable and friendly and always available.
Queen size bed maybe not the most comfortable for two guests but old architecture is old architecture so space is reduced. Perfect neighborhood, walking distance from anywhere cool!

Fantastic hotel in an old style fashion. Feels like coming home to Sherlock Holmes. The area around Marble Arch is great. Lots of good restaurants, shopping, nice pubs and close to Hyde Park.

This hotel is a hidden gem! My room was impeccably clean, my bed was THE most comfortable I’ve stayed at in London, and the staff were the best! I was going to Paris for the weekend then returning for one night and they held a bag for me so that I could travel lighter. I was a woman travelling alone and felt safe and well taken care of. The location brought me here. The staff will bring me back!
