"We had an excellent experience at Keio. The location is very convenient, the staff and helpful and the place is spotless. We had a large room and bathroom especially for Tokyo. The only negative is that the rooms and hotel are a bit dated in style but everything is very well maintained. We would stay again "

"Great property and close to Tokyo station making it very convenient to get around. The best part was the bus from Narita airport stops right outside the hotel making it very convenient and easy to get to Tokyo from the airport with less hassle. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They truly go above and beyond. When we arrived at our hotel with our many bags a staff member came up to us before we even got into the lobby to assist us. The rooms are clean and more spacious than other rooms we’ve stayed at in Tokyo, but the bathroom in the room could use an update. The shower wall in our bathroom was peeling off. Overall it’s a great hotel and would stay there again. "

"A longer walk from the train station. The rooms were not the cleanest. We opened the curtain to let some light in but around the windows it was moldy. Thankfully I only stood one night here. "

"Perfect location (in T3 right next to the departure counters) and spacious room, triple the size compares to other hotel rooms we stayed in Japan previously. The bathroom has separated Bath tub and powerful rain shower & extra shower head (depends on the room type), very clean. Great breakfast with varies choices of both western and Japanese food. 3rd time visit the hotel and will definitely keep coming back."

"Beautiful hotel with many amenities in the room. We booked an East wing family room for my family of three. It was very large with three twin size beds, a couch, a table with two chairs and two stools. Very clean and quiet. We stayed for seven nights so we felt very comfortable there. Staff was kind and attentive. Helped us send our bags to a different city. Two convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby. "
