"We loved everything about the hotel! The pools were fantastic, and the bellboy service was excellent. The specialty restaurants — Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and the steakhouse — served amazing food. The only downside was the room service. We ordered a couple of times and had to wait for hours each time."

"We just got back from a stay at Club Regina and honestly, we loved it. Right from the start, the staff were so friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful — it really made a difference. The location is amazing. You can watch the sunset every evening and it’s just beautiful — one of our favorite parts of the trip. Breakfast was another highlight for us. Every morning there was a delicious spread with plenty of choices, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. It’s true that the property is a bit older, so there were a couple of small hiccups here and there. But what really impressed us was how quickly the management stepped in to help out and make things right. Big thumbs up to them for caring so much about their guests. Overall, we feel Club Regina gives you excellent value for what you pay — great service, stunning views, and a warm, welcoming vibe. We also want to give a special shoutout to a few people who made our stay extra special: • Rene and Alexis — the chefs who made every meal so good. • Carla and Antonio at the front desk — always kind and ready to help. • Damien, the activity manager — he kept things fun and lively. • Adriana Sanchez, the general manager — it’s clear she runs a great team. We really appreciated everyone’s effort and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!"
