"Room was clean, location was very convenient, and most importantly the staff operation was amazingly smooth. After check out, I forgot something in the room but it took less than few mins to retrieve… Also when I asked for the pick up taxi, the staff immediately used her app and it arrived at the front in one minute… thanks a lot Chloe. "We loved the daily tidying up and overall customer service of the staff, especially the free later check-out option. It was really nice to be within walking distance of everything we were wanting to do and still enjoy local eateries along the way. The only feedback we have for improvement is to have a shuttle bus to and from the airport and possibly better pricing for the restaurant across the street in partnership with the hotel. We also did not have access to the pool which we were looking...
