"I got over 5 but bites in the room over my 2 night stay. Not sure what kind of bugs they were. The air condition was not working properly and even on the cooling setting set to 17C it felt like just a fan. The bathroom water was not draining properly either and every time we showered the whole bathroom would be flooded."

"The hotel's location is pretty good and convenient. Easy to walk to Wan Chai and Admiralty, bus stop right on the door step, tram stop nearby, lots of food options around too. The only gripe I had is that the housekeeping staff entered our room even though we left the do not disturb sign on our door AND we even told the staff when we left our room that it is not needed. "
