"The Concierge of the hotel was excellent. The gentleman who assisted me with getting to my room, booking a limousine back to the airport is an asset to this facility. The in room dining was okay they just have to get the food to the room before it's less than room temperature warm. The only dislike is not being a lento adjust room temperature of 24c, it's as if they do t have heat "

"The hotel was far from the hustle and bustle of cities. To go shopping or to visit tourist spots, you’d have to drive or take the shuttle bus provided free from the hotel. The hotel did have dining options though quite limited unless you opt for the buffet which was pricey. Due to its location, this hotel would suit travellers who don’t want to be in the midst of activities and action of big cities. "

"Hotel is a bit far out in terms of location, however, good transport link as mtr is only 10 minutes walk. There is also shuttle bus at intervals to various shopping centre. Hotel is just over an hour from airport to nearby bus terminus (just underneath the shopping centre) Haven't really try the F&B offerings at this hotel apart from the 1 bfast included in our package.
